Arjun Balaji is a technology-focused entrepreneur and operator with deep experience across building and scaling tech plays. At McKinsey & Company, he led the Tech vertical, serving several large global and Indian Software and Tech players on growth strategy, monetisation, and business building.
His work spanned consulting the Government on the role of Solar power for the country's energy requirements, shaping the launch of the first National Solar Mission in 2009-10. He later co-founded Gourmet Garden, scaling it into a ₹100 Cr+ Agri-tech venture serving over 300,000 households — building strong capabilities in business building, strategy to impact, and thought leadership.
He brings combined strengths of Tech business building, networks within clean-tech, and passion for innovation to Prajnasi's mission of recrafting energy monetisation opportunities for power producers.
